The mission of the Spirit of Praise Men’s Ministry is to promote, encourage, and spiritually strengthen men of Christ and those needing spiritual guidance through fellowship, awareness of moral family values, and the commitment of service to the church and the community.

Our Men’s Ministry continues to hold on to our unchanging faith and we continue to labor under the direction of our mission – to help every man reach his full maturity in Christ Jesus.
There are too many young men facing harsh decisions, without the guidance of strong male influence. The purpose of our ministry is to minister, motivate, and equip young men with strong Christian morale. These lessons will better equip them with the tools necessary to live productive spiritual lives.

Through the leadership of God Almighty, the teachings of His Son Jesus Christ, and the Power of the Holy Ghost, that this ministry shall grow and prosper. Under the leadership of Pastor Wyatt, the Men’s Ministry seeks to produce high-character Men of God that can affect a global society.

The Spirit of Praise Women’s Ministry develops and promotes programs and services that enhance, encourage, enlighten, rejuvenate, and educate the total woman. The programs uplift women spiritually, physically, and mentally. Many of the fundraising activities of the organization contribute to the beautification of Spirit of Praise.
It is important to us that our ministry, provides an opportunity for women to learn and/or to better understand the purpose, the value, and the results of the work of Godly women in the home, in the church and in the community.
Join the women of Spirit of Praise as we go forth in ministry while providing love and support for each other on our walk-in Christ. The Spirit of Praise Women’s Department is on the move with purpose and we are doing it as one in the body of Christ in these last and evil days!

Welcome to the Spirit of Praise Youth Department webpage! Thank you for taking the time to visit us. Our Youth Department is making some great strides this year! It is with great pleasure for us to share with you what takes place in our church, various ministries, and events outside of church services. The Youth of Spirit of Praise participates in numerous activities including skits and plays, youth services, and many fun activities and opportunities outside of church services and invite you to be a part of this wonderful group. It is our mission to dedicate ourselves to the Kingdom of God
Mission: To prepare and inspire our youth to pursue a life of sanctification, holiness, and a spiritual relationship with God in Christ through exciting church ministries; to promote holiness values, and enable our youth to live Godly and fulfilling lives, and to encourage and enrich the lives of our young people spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, socially, and intellectually
House of Freedom’s Youth Department is comprised of different ministries serving the needs of our children ranging from 3-21 years of age.
Developing and promoting youth activities is an important part of Spirit of Praise.

Children’s church is a special time designed for children 3-12 years of age. Activities include singing, scripture reading, prayer and class discussion. Our children are taught how to conduct themselves at church, home and in their community. They are taught to love and obey their parents and other adults, and do good to others. We educate them on how to accept Christ into their hearts and the importance of living for Jesus. Each Sunday morning, we have a special activity, which reinforces the day’s lesson.

This monthly Bible Study for children and pre-teens is one of the oldest auxiliaries of the Women’s Department of the Church of God in Christ. This ministry nurtures the whole child as they grow from childhood into adolescence in order to meet the needs of the child both naturally and spiritually.
The Sunshine Band Scripture Motto is: “Let your light so shine before me, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father, which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16. In teaching the children, we accomplish this through a variety of media such as music, arts and crafts, and of course the study of the Word of God.

The purpose of this youth program is to provide monthly Bible study is to provide motivation, instruction, and inspiration toward high standards of living from teachings from the Bible with a strong and powerful emphasis on Purity…a pure body, pure mind, and pure spirit. We discuss everyday topics and provide instruction from what the Bible teaches. The Purity Class provides a fellowship experience that makes possible, opportunities for Christian youth to enjoy each other on a social and informal level.
